Cancellations Made by the Customer

At DJInfotechSolutions, we strive to fulfill all orders placed with us according to the specifications and delivery timelines outlined for each product. If a customer wishes to cancel an order before accepting delivery, we will cancel the order and refund the entire amount.

After the product has been shipped, an order cannot be canceled, except in special cases where the cancellation is agreed upon. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for paying the two-way transportation charges, and DJInfotechSolutions will arrange the return of the product along with all accompanying manuals, booklets, warranty cards, accessories, freebies, and packing materials.

DJInfotechSolutions reserves the right to determine whether an order has been processed or not. The customer agrees not to dispute DJInfotechSolutions’ decision regarding order cancellation and accepts our judgment.

Cancellation of Order by DJInfotechSolutions

There may be instances where we are unable to accept or must cancel certain orders. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. This may include situations involving limitations on available quantities, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or issues identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

If all or part of your order is canceled, or if additional information is required, we may contact you at the email address provided during registration. If your order is canceled after your credit card has been charged, the amount will be refunded to your card account.

Receipt of Damaged or Defective Items

At DJInfotechSolutions, we are committed to providing you with a seamless shopping experience. However, there may be instances where you receive a damaged or defective product due to circumstances beyond our control. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at djinfotechsolutions@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the product for a replacement. We will arrange for the pickup of the defective or damaged item and ship a replacement item to you at no additional cost.

Returning a Product Ordered from DJInfotechSolutions

In the unlikely event that you need to return a product, you may return any unopened item in its original packaging, along with the original invoice, for a refund (excluding shipping costs) within 7 days of receiving your shipment. The customer is responsible for the shipping charges for the return.

We will refund the entire cost of the returned item, minus shipping costs for both ways. Please note that we will provide refunds only for products purchased from our store.

After examining the returned product, if it is found to be used or tampered with by the customer, DJInfotechSolutions reserves the right to deduct applicable charges, which may vary from a minimum of 5% to the full value, depending on the condition of the returned product.

Refund Process and Timeline

Upon receipt of your returned package, we will initiate the refund process. The refund will be made to the same payment method originally used to pay for the order. If you used a DJInfotechSolutions Gift Certificate, the refund will be credited to your account against the specific option. Refunds will not be issued as checks if a different payment method was used for the original purchase. Depending on your preference, the amount will be either credited to your account or added to your wallet with DJInfotechSolutions.
